About Me
In 1997 Kevin enrolled in the George Brown College Graphic Design program in Toronto. Having dabbled in HTML programming while at university, Kevin was easily able to find part-time work while in school as a web designer for the CIBC policy Advisory Group and the Office of the CISO.
In 2000, Kevin graduated in the top percent of his class from the Graphic Design (Advertising) program and won and award for his media projects which allowed him a spot to display some works at the Design Exchange in Toronto. This event lead him to promptly find freelance work from such companies as AMEC and edeal.com.
Seeking a permanent placement Kevin was hired as a full time interactive designer at CHUM Interactive where he designed web sites for the various CHUM television programs, contests and special events.
He had a brief session as senior web designer at Minblossom Inc. in 2004 where he was able to work with clients such as Zip.ca, Workopolis, Web Perspectives and Bell. And in 2005 worked as a media specialist developing materials for on-line learning initiatives with CIBC.
From 2005 to the present, Kevin has been working as a senior web designer for the CBC building pages for CBC.ca and collaborating with clients such as Facebook.
